On July 3, Secretary Wei Jinjian, along with his delegation from the Party Leadership Group of the Guangzhou Municipal Government Affairs Data Administration, visited Beiming Software Co., Ltd., referred to as Beiming Software. The visit was attended by company leaders, including President Ying Huajiang and Senior Vice Presidents Wang Jinhong and Deng Fuguo, who participated in discussions and exchange sessions. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as advancing digital government initiatives, promoting government-enterprise joint innovation, and fostering high-quality development.

At the discussion session, President Ying Huajiang provided a detailed overview of the company’s operations and major business activities, with particular emphasis on its major achievements in core technology research and innovative applications, many of which are nationally leading. Ying Huajiang noted that as a local software company with more than twenty years of steady development in Guangzhou, Beiming Software has been deeply involved in and has successfully delivered a number of influential benchmark projects in Guangzhou and across the country. These include the Guangzhou E Government Cloud, the nation’s first enterprise operated e government cloud platform, the Guangzhou Government Big Data Platform, the nation’s first city level big data management platform, and the Huangpu District Integrated Command and Dispatch Platform. The company has established leading technological capabilities and mature operational service capacity in the digital government sector. Ying Huajiang expressed hope that Beiming Software will continue to participate in Guangzhou’s digital government initiatives, working closely with the government to explore innovative application scenarios, enhance the effectiveness of digital platforms, and develop a new generation of benchmark projects with strong demonstrative and leading significance.

Secretary Wei Jinjian fully recognized Beiming Software’s remarkable achievements in promoting the deep integration of information technology innovation and industry applications. He encouraged the company to fully leverage its accumulated practical experience and technological strengths in the IT sector and to replicate in Guangzhou the successful experience gained from its benchmark projects implemented nationwide. Secretary Wei Jinjian stated that the formal enactment of the Private Sector Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China has provided strong momentum for the development of private enterprises. Guangzhou will earnestly advance and continue to deepen the “Warm Enterprise” initiative, with a focus on addressing enterprises’ difficulties and concerns and providing strong safeguards for their innovative development. Government departments will actively explore new models and pathways for coordinated government enterprise collaboration, continuously optimize the enterprise service list, and provide enterprises with greater channels and space to participate in the development of city projects. It is hoped that, with government and enterprises sharing common goals and working in close coordination, innovation vitality will be stimulated, injecting new momentum into the development of Guangzhou’s digital economy.
