On September 17, HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 grandly opened in Shanghai. At the Huawei Cloud Summit, themed “Intelligence Sparks the Cloud Journey—Navigate the Momentum and Lead: Agentic Hybrid Cloud Illuminates a New Era of Digital and Intelligent Transformation Across Industries,” Beiming Software Co., Ltd. (“Beiming Software”) made a high-profile debut with its “LingLingJiu” enterprise agent platform, and joined Huawei Cloud and representatives from more than ten government and enterprise customers, partners, and industry organizations to launch the “openJiuwen Co-Intelligence Action Plan.” All parties agreed that, grounded in real-world business scenarios across industries, they would pool together platform products, technical engineering, business practices, and customer needs, act in concert, and collectively propel enterprise agents from technical exploration toward large-scale application.
The “openJiuwen Co-Intelligence Action Plan” Launched
As large model capabilities continue to advance by leaps and bounds, the focus of enterprises has shifted from “what large models can do” to “how AI agents can be integrated into business operations, how they can remain secure and controllable, and how they can continuously create business value.” For government and enterprise customers in particular, the deployment of AI agents depends not only on large models and computing power, but also requires confronting a host of real-world challenges, including integration with business systems, data security, access control, operational monitoring, and ongoing operation & maintenance. This demands the agent foundation being intensively coupled with the underlying infrastructure for qualitative leap from “usable” to “genuinely effective.”
Based on this insight, Beiming Software’s “LingLingJiu” enterprise agent platform, built on openJiuwen, together with Huawei Cloud Stack, forms a complete capability loop of “hybrid cloud infrastructure + enterprise agent platform.” Huawei Cloud Stack provides a hybrid cloud architecture that unifies general-purpose and intelligent computing, computing power resources, and end-to-end security assurance; the “LingLingJiu” enterprise platform, in turn, focuses on the production and operation of agents throughout their full life cycle, organically linking models, knowledge, data, tools, and business processes, enabling enterprises to efficiently build and run agent applications within a unified, secure, and controllable environment. Hands-on lessons from front-line customers will be consolidated into standardized capabilities and replicable solutions, with the product’s fit for genuine production environments continuously verified—all to amass solid experience for large-scale promotion to a wider base of industry customers. This co-building model—driven by customer needs to guide product iteration and by partner collaboration to expand service capabilities—will propel the openJiuwen ecosystem into a new stage, moving from technology openness to product co-creation and commercial synergy. It will enable the ecosystem’s achievements to empower industries and serve customers faster, delivering tangible business value.
