Huawei Connect 2026 took place in Shanghai during September 17–19. As Huawei’s annual flagship event for the global ICT industry, the conference brought together thousands of industry leaders, technology experts, enterprise representatives, and developers under the theme “Advancing the Agentic World” to explore fresh opportunities in the development of digital-intelligent convergence industries. As a key partner of Huawei Cloud, Beiming Software Co., Ltd. (“Beiming Software”) attended the event upon invitation and formally entered into an openJiuwen cooperation memorandum with Huawei Cloud. Pursuant to the agreement, both sides will leverage the “LingLingJiu” enterprise agent platform as their cornerstone to jointly tap into the enterprise Agent market, embarking together on a new stage of win-win cooperation in intelligent agents.

As a global leading provider of cloud services and solutions, Huawei Cloud has built efficient, secure, and reliable Agentic Infra infrastructure as its foundation, developing Agentic MaaS, post-training platforms, and services that bring AI technology into enterprise business scenarios to generate tangible value. Moreover, Beiming Software, with over twenty years of deep engagement in key sectors such as finance, government affairs, transportation, civil affairs, and industrial parks, possesses profound insights into industry scenarios and proven capabilities in project implementation. By joining forces and complementing each other’s strengths, the two parties intensively integrate Beiming Software’s upper-layer application expertise with Huawei Cloud’s underlying technology platform, jointly blazing a full-chain intelligentization path from infrastructure to business scenarios, and driving the genuine transformation of AI technology into business value across industries.
As the first innovative outcome of their strategic collaboration, the “LingLingJiu” enterprise agent platform bridges the “value gap” between general-purpose AI capabilities and vertical industry scenarios, establishing an agent asset library covering multiple business links and providing ready-to-use, flexibly adaptable agent services for a wide range of industries. To robustly underpin this service offering, the platform, building upon capabilities such as low-code orchestration and multi-model access, places particular emphasis on strengthening four core capabilities, i.e., deployment adaptability, operations and maintenance monitoring, security protection, and business connectivity, thereby enabling intelligent agents to integrate more efficiently into enterprises’ existing systems.
At the deployment level, the platform supports Huawei Cloud Stack deployment and is compatible with domestic databases such as GaussDB, DM (Dameng), and KingbaseES. Leveraging team space management and customizable roles, it flexibly adapts to enterprises’ organizational structures and permission management requirements. At the O&M level, the platform has established a three-tier monitoring system covering models, agents, and workflow nodes, tracking metrics such as token consumption, agent invocation success rates, and node latency in real time to efficiently pinpoint performance bottlenecks. At the security level, the platform introduces a dedicated security large language model to identify input and output risks, and combined with a “three-role separation” mechanism, space isolation, and audit logs, it meets the compliance requirements of high-security scenarios in government, finance, and other sectors. At the business connectivity level, the platform strengthens database nodes to link enterprise business processes, supports multi-model collaboration nodes for cross-validating analytical results, and continuously expands MCP tools, plug-ins, and skill templates, effectively reducing redundant development costs.
Furthermore, to address enterprises’ needs for data analytics and knowledge management, the “LingLingJiu” enterprise agent platform offers optional components like Beiming ChatBI, a natural-language interactive data analysis tool, and the Beiming enterprise-grade knowledge base (featuring multi-hop reasoning and source tracing based on GraphRAG). Working with industry-specific packages for digital government, smart transportation, fintech, civil affairs services, and more, the platform helps enterprises rapidly transform their industry expertise into reusable, deployable intelligent applications.
