District Committee of Guangzhou, Visited Beiming Software for Inspection and Research

On December 17, Tan Minghe, Secretary of the CPC Tianhe District Committee of Guangzhou, led a delegation on a research and inspection visit to Beiming Software Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Beiming Software. The delegation was accompanied by Ying Huajiang, President of Beiming Software, along with Senior Vice Presidents Wang Jinhong and Deng Fuguo and other company leaders, who also participated in the subsequent symposium.

At the symposium, Ying Huajiang, President of Beiming Software, delivered a detailed briefing to the attending leaders on the company’s operational development and future industrial layout. Ying Huajiang noted that Beiming Software has maintained steady growth in Guangzhou for more than two decades, consistently following an innovation-driven development path. The company has focused on business areas including new-generation smart cities, judicial technology, fintech, enterprise digitization, and has delivered a series of innovative technological achievements, including the Smart City Operations and Command Center, the Cross-Border Law Identification Platform, the next-generation bill business system, and the expressway collaborative management and control platform. In alignment with Guangzhou’s “Digital Government” initiative, Beiming Software has undertaken several landmark projects, including the Guangzhou E-Government Cloud, the Guangzhou Government Big Data Integrated Application Management Platform, and the “SuiKang Code.” Through these efforts, the company has built leading technological capabilities, mature operational experience, and strong professional service capacity in the software and information technology services sector. In its future business development, Beiming Software will continue to take root in Guangzhou and Tianhe District, remain focused on its core business directions, and sustain its commitment to research and innovation in areas such as the industrial internet, artificial intelligence, and large models. After carefully listening to the briefing, Secretary Tan Minghe spoke highly of Beiming Software’s achievements. He emphasized that the software industry is a pillar of digital economy development and noted that, as a leading enterprise in the sector, Beiming Software should continue to play a leading role, further increase investment in research and development, strengthen its innovation capabilities, actively explore new development paths, and strive to secure new competitive advantages in an increasingly competitive market environment, thereby achieving leapfrog growth. Secretary Tan stated that the government will provide full support for enterprise development, further strengthen communication and cooperation between government and enterprises, continuously optimize the business environment, and deliver more targeted and efficient services. He added that the government will promptly address the difficulties and challenges faced by enterprises in their development, working together to promote the vigorous and sustained growth of the digital economy.
