Beiming Software and Huawei Achieve New Milestones in
Strategic Cooperation

On March 20–21, the highly anticipated Huawei China Partner Conference 2025 was held in Shenzhen. Beiming Software Co., Ltd., invited as a core strategic partner of Huawei, attended the event. Zhang Weiyang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Changshan Group, together with Ying Huajiang, General Manager of Changshan Beiming and President of Beiming Software, led the team in actively participating in the main summit and multiple themed forums, exploring collaborative opportunities and innovative practices with industry leaders in the era of digital intelligence.

During the award ceremony of the conference, Beiming Software received multiple honors in recognition of its exceptional performance and strong market growth over the past year, including the “Meritorious Partner Award,” the “Outstanding ISV Partner Award,” and the “Consistency in Digital Transformation Services Award.” These accolades not only fully recognize Beiming Software’s digital service capabilities but also serve as a strong testament to the enduring strategic collaboration and deepened partnership between the two companies.

Since establishing a strategic partnership with Huawei in 2011, Beiming Software has worked closely with Huawei to continuously advance collaborative innovation across multiple business areas, including smart cities, smart parks, smart transportation, government cloud, and financial information technology. Together, they have developed over a hundred innovative solutions, with a total cooperation value exceeding RMB 19 billion. In 2024, their collaboration reached new heights, with combined government-enterprise and OEM performance exceeding RMB 3.4 billion. A series of industry-leading benchmark projects further highlights the depth and scope of their partnership.

Among these, the Sichuan Emergency Command Video Dispatch System, jointly developed by the two companies, establishes a domestically leading emergency management system through a five-level vertical linkage spanning national, provincial, municipal, county, and township levels, providing robust technical support for safeguarding people’s lives and property. The Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center smart venue project, with its advanced technology applications and innovative service model, has set a new national benchmark for intelligent exhibition construction, guiding the industry into a new era of smart development. The Beijing High-Level Autonomous Driving 3.0 Dual-Intelligence Dedicated Network project provides the communication infrastructure for Beijing’s largest vehicle-road-cloud collaborative network, serving as a stable intelligent communication foundation for autonomous driving 3.0 operations and promoting the broader adoption of autonomous driving technology in urban transportation.
