Collaboration Reaches a New Level! Beiming Software Wins
the 2024 Huawei Cloud Outstanding SI Partner Award

From April 10 to April 11, the Huawei Cloud Ecosystem Conference 2025 was grandly held in Anhui. Beiming Software Co., Ltd., referred to as Beiming Software, was invited to attend as a core strategic partner of Huawei. Leveraging its outstanding joint solution development capabilities, strong performance contributions, and high-quality service delivery, Beiming Software successfully received the 2024 Huawei Cloud Outstanding SI Partner Award.

Since initiating their partnership in 2011, Beiming and Huawei have continuously deepened collaborative innovation across areas such as smart cities, fintech, and government cloud services. Together, they have jointly developed more than one hundred innovative solutions and successfully delivered multiple benchmark projects across provinces and cities nationwide. Among these, their collaborative achievements in the government cloud and domestic innovation cloud sectors have been particularly notable. For example, Beiming Software and Huawei jointly delivered the nation’s first enterprise-operated e-government cloud, the Guangzhou E-Government Cloud Platform. It currently supports more than 600 project systems across nearly 200 organizations, achieving business continuity exceeding 99.99 percent. The Shandong Provincial Government Cloud IT Innovation Node project, jointly developed by both parties, supports the operations of 18 government departments, including the Shandong Provincial Big Data Bureau and the Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources, with monthly cloud service revenue reaching tens of millions. In addition, the Beijing State-Owned Enterprise Cloud project, co-built by Beiming Software and Huawei, innovatively integrates core capabilities such as digital transformation, information security, data asset management, IT innovation services, and system adaptation. It provides a secure and reliable digital foundation for the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises in Beijing and offers strong support for Beijing’s accelerated development as a global benchmark city for the digital economy.

Winning the Huawei Cloud Outstanding SI Partner Award represents strong recognition by Huawei of Beiming Software’s technical strength and service capabilities, and also serves as compelling evidence of the long-term close cooperation and collaborative innovation between the two companies. Looking ahead, Beiming Software will continue to focus on ecosystems such as Huawei Ascend, Kunpeng, and HarmonyOS, steadily enhancing its research and development innovation capabilities and accelerating the creation of high-quality industry solutions.
