Beiming Software Empowers Yiyang's Smart Firework Ban to Build a Strong Security Line for Sprin

Published:04 Apr 2026

The sound of firecrackers bids farewell to the old year, and blooming fireworks welcome the new spring. Setting off fireworks and firecrackers is a traditional Spring Festival custom, but behind the festive joy, safety accidents caused by improper ignition or inferior products are common. During the 2026 Spring Festival, many regions across the country implemented firework ban policies, but how can we ensure these prevention and control measures truly take effect? Yiyang City Operation Command Center (hereinafter referred to as "Command Center") partnered with Beiming Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beiming Software") to deliver an impressive result through the power of technology.

Yiyang City 2026 Spring Festival Firework and Firecracker Ban Command Office

Relying on the Yiyang New Smart City Enhancement Engineering Project built by Beiming Software, the Command Center established an "Integrated Urban Governance" platform and a converged communication platform, aggregating over 57,950 video resources from various city departments and 212 video resources from key areas, building an integrated video patrol network covering high-incidence violation areas with zero blind spots and full-time monitoring.

Targeting key control areas, the Command Center innovatively launched a collaborative prevention and control model of "video patrol + ground duty", adding monitoring views at five key points including Longguangqiao Sub-district, Lanxi Town, Qingxi Village, Qinglongzhou Park, and the Racecourse, achieving 24/7 full-coverage monitoring of key areas, and assigning professional video inspectors to work in shifts, seamlessly connecting with high-pole video feeds from public security and urban management as well as high-altitude tower points to weave a three-dimensional monitoring network. Meanwhile, relying on the converged communication platform, the Command Center can achieve direct connection with various duty points. Once video inspectors find clues of illegal ignition, they can notify field personnel through the intercom system immediately, achieving second-level command transmission. In addition, the Command Center has improved the visual duty spot-check and emergency dispatch mechanism, enabling real-time verification of front-line performance and flexible dispatch of disposal forces to ensure efficient execution of prevention and control orders.

During the Spring Festival, the Beiming Software technical team remained on-site full-time, handling system alarms in real-time and dynamically optimizing video scheduling, making every effort to ensure every hidden danger of illegal ignition was discovered and handled promptly, providing around-the-clock technical support for the stable operation of the command platform.

Under the strong technical support of Beiming Software, Yiyang's 2026 firework ban work achieved significant results. The Command Center effectively deterred illegal firework ignition through the intelligent monitoring network, significantly improving Yiyang's air quality and continuously enhancing citizens' sense of security and satisfaction, truly realizing the protection of "Safe Yiyang" through technology.
