Project Awarded Four-Star Case for National Smart Park Standards Application

Recently, the “2025 National Smart Park Standard Application Case Release and Golden Standard Award Selection” event, hosted by the National Technical Committee 426 on Digital Technique of Intelligent Building and Residence Community of Standardization Administration of China, was held in Beijing. The “Dongfang Electric Innovation and Overseas Business Center Development Project,” undertaken by Beiming Software Co., Ltd. (Beiming Software), was recognized as a “2025 Four-Star Case for National Smart Park Standard Application”. The project was commended for its forward-looking design concepts, advanced system architecture, and outstanding operational implementation. This honor signifies national-level recognition by authoritative institutions of Beiming Software’s innovation and technical capabilities in the smart park sector.

Award Scene

As a benchmark project of Beiming Software’s smart park solutions, the Dongfang Electric Innovation and Overseas Business Center Development Project integrates next-generation information technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, artificial intelligence, big data, and GIS/BIM. It establishes a unified digital platform foundation that fully connects with various IoT devices and business subsystems at the lower level, while supporting flexible expansion of business scenarios in a service-oriented manner at the upper level. Meanwhile, through systematic data governance, the project builds standardized, topic-centric data assets around “people, vehicles, assets, and events,” and develops a suite of smart application scenarios. These include holistic park-wide situational awareness, intelligent security, smart access control, asset management, green energy consumption control, and smart facility operations and maintenance. These capabilities collectively allow park operations to be monitorable, manageable, and controllable. The project has established a new paradigm for smart park development, one characterized by comprehensive sensing, intelligent synergy, and precision operations.
