The Huawei Cloud Enterprise Agent Industry Forum convened grandly in Shanghai on July 18 during WAIC 2026. Beiming Software Co., Ltd. (“Beiming Software”) was invited to the event. At the forum, Huawei Cloud officially released a major technological achievement: its enterprise-grade agent platform, “AgentArts,” shares a 90% source homology rate with the openJiuwen kernel. Leveraging the openJiuwen capability framework, the Smart Finance Zone will focus on core scenarios such as mobile banking, intelligent risk control, remote banking, and smart credit. It will systematically promote the standardization of various agent assets, including workflows, skills, models, datasets, prompts, ontologies, and tools, to accelerate the widespread replication and rapid iteration of AI capabilities within the financial industry.
Drawing on profound technological expertise and deep strategic synergy with Huawei Cloud, Beiming Software developed the Linglingjiu AI Agent platform powered by openJiuwen. As an enterprise-grade agent application foundation tailored for domestic environments, this platform prioritizes security and controllability. By integrating core capabilities such as document retrieval, logical reasoning, and data query, and incorporating a modular design, it seamlessly connects with existing domestic systems. This enables out-of-the-box deployment and flexible scalability, effectively assisting industry clients in advancing intelligent transformation and optimizing business operations efficiently while guaranteeing data security and regulatory compliance.
In terms of practical industry implementation, Beiming Software’s AI agents have been intensively applied and deployed across sectors including financial insurance, digital government, transportation, and civil affairs. In financial insurance, Beiming Software has embedded AI Agents into key business processes such as underwriting, claims, and risk control, building an intelligent operational system that covers the entire business lines of life insurance, pension insurance, and property insurance.
