As a key pillar of the digital economy and a key engine of new quality productive forces, the software and information technology services sector is rapidly evolving toward intelligence, platformization, integration, and ecosystem-driven growth. Today, as next-generation technologies such as large language models and intelligent agents permeate every sector of the economy, the software industry has fully moved beyond the adoption stage of “moving to the cloud and using data” into a new phase of high-quality development centered on “leveraging AI for efficiency,” making it a critical foundation for building a “Digital China” and upgrading industry. According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China’s software industry posted revenue of RMB 10.28 trillion in the first eight months of 2026, 8.8% up year over year, while total industry profits reached RMB 1.18 trillion, a 1.3% increase—keeping the sector’s overall scale and profitability on a steady upward trajectory.
With more than two decades of deep expertise in software and information technology services, Beiming Software has consistently embraced its philosophy of “innovating with heart,” weaving independent innovation into every stage of the company’s growth. Focusing its R&D efforts on cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, Beiming has established six major R&D bases in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, and Chengdu, building a nationwide, tightly coordinated system for technological innovation and development. As of the end of 2025, Beiming Software held more than 800 independent intellectual property rights and had delivered a large number of replicable, scalable, and widely deployable digital benchmark projects across over ten provinces and municipalities—deeply empowering intelligent transformation and industrial upgrading in key sectors such as government, Internet services, finance, and power—while continuously fueling high-quality digital economy growth across the country.
In step with the industry’s trajectory toward digitalization, networking, and intelligentization, Beiming Software continued to ramp up its R&D investment in 2026, driving deep integration of AI technology with real-world industry scenarios and delivering a series of landmark achievements. Among these, the “LingLingJiu” enterprise AI agent platform, jointly developed by Beiming Software and Huawei Cloud, serves key sectors such as government, transportation, finance, industrial parks, and civil affairs. The platform provides a full-lifecycle intelligent foundation spanning development, runtime, and operations, seamlessly connecting models, knowledge, data, tools, and business processes—enabling industries to efficiently build and run agent applications within a unified, secure, and controllable environment. In the IT innovation services arena, the company’s solution for adapting the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs’ Comprehensive Social Assistance Management Information Platform established a fully domestic, full-stack technology foundation from underlying computing power to upper-layer applications. It is fully compatible with core domestic hardware and software, including Kunpeng Computing, Kylin OS, TongTech Middleware, and HighGo Database—and efficiently completed localization and adaptation of the entire business workflow, covering assistance applications from people in need, pathway analysis, resource matching, and unified electronic credential management. The project was successfully selected as one of the MIIT’s Typical Application Cases 2025, becoming a national benchmark for IT innovation development in government and public welfare services.
Eleven consecutive years on the national Top 100 list for software and IT services competitiveness stands as strong industry recognition of Beiming’s technological innovation, real-world implementation capabilities, and operational resilience—clear proof of the company’s long-term dedication and steady advancement. Looking ahead, Beiming Software will continue to align closely with China’s “Digital China” and “Cyber Power” strategies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as large models and artificial intelligence to deepen its integrated “technology + scenario + ecosystem” development model. Working alongside ecosystem partners like Huawei and 360, the company will keep delivering replicable and scalable intelligent solutions, helping industries of every kind advance toward digital and intelligent transformation, and contributing its share to the high-quality development of China’s software industry and the cultivation of new quality productive forces.
