(referred to as Beiming Software), successfully deployed Sichuan Province’s first government-focused “Full-Powered DeepSeek,” marking a solid step forward for Garze Prefecture in the field of artificial intelligence.

This collaboration combines the powerful reasoning capabilities of the DeepSeek R1 model with the analytical capabilities of the AI platform, not only saving time previously spent on manual data review in areas such as data analysis, governance, and presentation, but also significantly improving data accuracy. It will comprehensively support the intelligent upgrading of multiple sectors, including disaster prevention and mitigation, workplace safety, and social stability.

The Garze Prefecture DeepSeek large-scale model relies on the “Digital Garze” integrated and intelligent public data platform to continuously consolidate data from all levels and departments across the prefecture. After processing through DeepSeek’s deep learning capabilities, the platform focuses on three key areas:

Emergency Response:①Real-time analysis of parameters such as weather conditions and combustible material loads to generate 72-hour fire and flood risk forecasts; ②Dynamic simulation of fire spread and water flow paths based on GIS mapping, intelligently allocating resources, automatically matching nearby rescue teams, and determining the locations of firebreaks to optimize rescue routes; ③Generation of post-incident reports for fires and floods, identifying risk points, and building knowledge bases for forest fire prevention and flood control.
