Setting a New National Benchmark for Smart Exhibitions!
Beiming Software Supports the Official Opening of the Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center (CIECC)

Recently, the Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center (CIECC) (Phase II), the largest and most comprehensively equipped, technologically advanced integrated exhibition venue in Beijing, officially began operations and successfully hosted its inaugural exhibition. As the general integrator for the project’s smart construction, Beiming Software Co., Ltd. (referred to as Beiming Software) implemented key modules including the Smart Operations Center, Digital Human Interaction System, Smart Navigation System, and Intelligent Security System, significantly enhancing the venue’s level of intelligence and operational efficiency.

Since the launch of the smart construction project in July last year, Beiming Software has leveraged digital twin technology to create detailed models of CIECC and its surrounding environment, presenting large volumes of data in a centralized and visualized manner. The IOC Smart Operations Center, built on big data, IoT, and artificial intelligence technologies, enables the venue to achieve comprehensive situational awareness that is “visible, manageable, and controllable,” significantly enhancing command and dispatch capabilities as well as fine-grained management for large-scale exhibitions.

While improving venue management efficiency, Beiming Software has also expanded its intelligent services to enhance the end-to-end visitor experience. The Digital Human Interaction System and Smart Navigation System within the venue are closely integrated, providing visitors with accurate information and dynamically planning optimal routes for exploring the exhibitions, allowing them to enjoy the convenience of “control at their fingertips.” Notably, the soon-to-be-deployed intelligent patrol robots can operate autonomously around the clock. Equipped with multi-dimensional sensors, they can dynamically monitor environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and PM2.5 levels, intelligently adjusting conditions to create a more comfortable experience for visitors. At the same time, its built-in cameras can identify people and objects within milliseconds, delivering comprehensive security coverage for the venue.

In this project, Beiming Software successfully delivered a foundational digital platform, five types of smart hardware, and 21 application software systems, fully showcasing the company’s comprehensive technical capabilities in planning, design, construction, and operations for large-scale integrated projects, as well as its extensive project management experience.

During the inaugural exhibition, the CIECC welcomed over 110,000 exhibitors and visitors, while the IOC Smart Operations Center hosted seven delegations of key leaders for inspections, all of which received high praise. This project represents another landmark achievement for Beiming Software in the smart park sector, with its exhibition digitalization and intelligent systems attaining a nationally leading standard.
