Changshan Group, Leads Delegation on Visit to Beiming Software Explore New Paths for Digital Development

On February 24, Zhang Weiyang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Changshan Group, led a delegation to visit the headquarters of Beiming Software Co., Ltd. (referred to as Beiming Software), the Guangzhou "SuiZhiGuan" Urban Operation Management Center, and the Guangzhou E-Government Cloud. The visit was a focused research tour aimed at gaining a comprehensive understanding of Beiming Software’s advanced technologies and innovative practices in smart city development and e-government. Zhang Feng, Deputy General Manager of Changshan Group, Ying Huajiang, General Manager of Changshan Beiming and President of Beiming Software, and other company leaders accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and took part in the symposium.

At the Beiming Technology Museum, Zhang Weiyang and his delegation watched a live demonstration of Beiming’s self-developed intelligent service robot, “Xiao Bei,” as well as the company’s smart city “Digital Human” system. They also gained in-depth insights into several of Beiming Software’s flagship projects, including the nation’s first enterprise-operated Guangzhou E-Government Cloud platform, the country’s first full-process online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, and China’s first Changsha Wangcheng Smart City project built on the complete Kunpeng architecture. At each site, Zhang Weiyang asked in detail about the projects’ technological innovations, practical results, and future development plans. He also highly praised Beiming Software for its accomplishments in digital infrastructure development.

At the symposium, Ying Huajiang presented a detailed report on Beiming Software’s current business operations, technological innovations, and major future development plans. After hearing the report, Zhang Weiyang emphasized that, as a key software enterprise within the national strategic framework, Beiming Software carries an important responsibility in promoting industry development. He encouraged the company to adopt a higher strategic perspective and a broader vision, leverage its position as a leading enterprise to set an example, continue enhancing research and development of key core technologies, and cultivate distinctive competitive advantages.

Zhang Weiyang noted that Beiming Software has gained extensive practical experience in smart city and judicial technologies and has successfully developed a series of notable projects. He expressed his hope that Beiming Software will take Guangzhou as its base, expand its reach nationwide, and promote its advanced technologies and proven implementation models across the country, contributing Beiming’s expertise to the high-quality development of the digital economy.

Ying Huajiang stated that, under the leadership of Changshan Group, Beiming Software will seize opportunities to further boost its R&D investment in domestic information technology innovations and deepen the integration of artificial intelligence across various industries. At the same time, the company will accelerate its global expansion, actively explore international markets, and showcase China’s intelligent digital solutions on the world stage.
